Their cuisine is based in cretan tradition. Their meals, exclusively homemade, are cooked in extra virgin olive oil, of their own production and according to old recipes of Crete. This is seldom in places of massive tourism.

We  ourselves cultivate and produce the EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL out of our own olive groves, located in the easternmost part of Crete, Palekastro village.

We join the Producers Group of Integrated Management since 2009 and we grow our olive trees according to the standards of AGRO 2.1 2.2 in order to produce quality and safe products that do not harm the consumer.
